Breakfast was hot and delicious, loved the location.
The room was brand-new, panoramic & had a comfy bed. We received very good service from the very dedicated and patient staff. The hotel had a central location and it was a short way from Ski Lift le Moulins.

great stay but room felt outdated
The suite offered fine mountain views. The staff was genuinely attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The bar and reception areas exuded a unique charm, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. After a long day exploring, I found the spa facilities to be adequate for relaxation, although it can get busy. The lively scene around surely adds to the allure of the place.
The room, while spacious, felt a bit outdated compared to modern standards.

Location = central. Balcony = ingenious. Spa = is inviting and looks great. Whirlpool in the winter garden - which can also be opened after weather conditions - ingenious and you can enjoy the sun until the evening. Employee = very attentive.
As the steam sauna and Finnish sauna are used by the hotel guests, it was too heated. As a regular sauna user I am used to heat, but here it was too hot for me after 4 minutes.

Amazing views and fab staff
The staff went out of their way. The breakfast was so good-there were tons of choices! One little hiccup was that the balcony jaccuzzy, while awesome, took a bit to warm up. Still, loved every moment!

The room was good, especially we liked the rain shower. Morning meal is the most important thing. SPA with dry and steam sauna plus Jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly. The location is good. There is also a shuttle bus from the hotel to the gondola station and back.
We were charged for nuts and pringles from the minibar, which we did not consume. The whole hotel is rather too dark inside, especially the lift.

I stayed for 6 nights at a superior double room with terrace, and my experience exceeded previous visits in verbier. The breakfast featured a variety of high-quality options, including freshly cooked dishes, and the spa treatments were rejuvenating, especially with the talented masseuse. The staff were pretty good, our stay was seamless and enjoyable.
room key system felt inconvenient.

Breakfast and room facilities as well as the service were good. The Jakuzzi was particularly pleasant in the spa area.
Especially annoying was the party noise from our own hotel, as there was a club inside, from which loud music sounded all night long and in front of the restaurant loud voices could be heard all the time. The WLAN was very slow.

I stayed at the nevai in June to attend a friends party. Although the resort is very quiet in June we have a fantastic time. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful with all of our needs. The rooms are nicely designed and the beds are very comfortable. I had a spa treatment in their elemis spa which was one of the best massages i have ever had.

Cleaness, location and modern.
I think the price is a bit to high for the present economic crisis and the high value of the swiss franc
